Unless DA Ramos was on scene when the warrants were executed I don't think he would be fully aware of what was taken or not taken. I think DA Ramos misspoke and made an innocent mistake.Snip
KAYE: Mike McStay went in and took the video card out of laptop computer and brought home the laptop computer.
RAMOS: Right.

Plus, a lot has been said about his "grave digger look".
Really? Do you think Mike lied when he said he has no exhaust pipe in the back of his truck? I think the defense would be all over that , if so.That part is not very clear to me in the audio.

I disagree. I believe Ramos was very aware of what the evidence was. Not a good practice for the DA to go on record without the facts, IMO.
Maybe they should get Kaye in to testify.Snip

Today was the first day I heard about it. I knew about the flyers at the border. Sounds as though they were close in time. Mikey mentioned it was when he met Cathy. I assume he meant Chase's wife? The DT asked him how many flyers he gave to Chase. He didn't recall. I so wish Mikey had said...ask him, he is sitting right next to you. He stuck to protocol and didn't go there. When was that (distributing flyers in Fallbrook)? Around what days?
Thanks. Had no clue.I recall reading about it, on the website that we aren't supposed to mention here.

Totally. And the judge knows that. Maline. Your honor can we approach? NO.And when the state says during cross that they were accusing Mike of murder, the defense strenuously objects, saying they never accused him of that....
Which makes no sense because it was obvious that they were trying to put his work truck there on the 4th and remind everyone that he and Summer had argued and that he somehow knew about the burial conditions
So denying that they were trying to blame Mikey seems disingenuous
Per testimony it was Mikey who entered first. Do I have that wrong?Well, then it would also be interesting if MM had said "ask him, he is sitting right there" when asked who entered the house first when the two met to visit JM's house.
That's been the consensus since the beginning afaik - that CM stood back allowing MM to enter through a window.Per testimony it was Mikey who entered first. Do I have that wrong?

A window that CM allegedly alerted him to. An open window into the office. According to his interviews he had been there many days before, almost every day. Watering and feeding the dogs. Never went through that window until Mikey arrived. Also noted that the desk lamp was never turned off. Joey kept this on for the boys when they came down in the middle of the night to get water. Are we to believe this illuminated the stairs for them? They all slept in the same bedroom as far as we know . Are we then to believe that the 3 and 4 year old came down to get water unattended? Such BS from the defendant. That's been the consensus since the beginning afaik - that CM stood back allowing MM to enter through a window.
