I hope we will have a better understanding too, because I believe all those items were under the analytic thresholds established at the original lab, which is why no dna was found to begin with. Ryan sent the data elsewhere and when they lowered the minimum readings is when they could produce results. At least that was my understanding of it. The judge did ask, but it was how many alleles matched with the reduced results. At least that is what I thought, but I could be wrong.RSBM
BBM - but that is not what I heard in the testimony, what I heard is that 4 items DID meet the analytic threshold for the Bode lab. The judge specifically asked Ryan that question on Thursday.

I'm hoping we will have a better understanding after today's testimony about what exactly was sent to Cybergenetic's, if these partial's were sent to get more data or what was exactly sent. I'm sure for some it won't matter; however, after limited research, it seems like the techonology is pretty advanced and has been used in numerous trials, most of what I could find was for the prosecution.
