And it makes me shudder to think what else he did to his children in that regard? He's a 🤬🤬🤬.

What else?

CJ even testified that CM wasn't a part of TJ's life (his oldest daughter) for many years. It was only after CM and CJ got back together that he was in TJ's life. Loving father???

His daughter Taylor obviously loves her father, and it can't be without a reason.

And she is lovely. What child doesn't love their father no matter what?

A child who has a father described and imagined by many here.

I can attest to the fact that some women love their very abusive fathers.

That fact is no proof that they were abused by their fathers.

Geevee - I found it!! it starts approx at 43:00 in Part 4 of the cross examination. From the Bode results on an evidence item it reflected a #24 allele of DNA but Cybergenetics did not include this allele and instead used a #23 allele for their "genotyping" and report. And the Prosecution notes that from all the reference samples - isn't it odd that out of Joseph, Summer, the kids, and Merritt that Merritt's DNA profile is the only one that includes allele #24.

BBM Do you have a source for testimony that the PT did not test the sledgehammer please.

TIA

The prosecution did test the sledgehammer. Day 20 Part 3 at about the 22 minute mark.
Two swabs tested, one had very low level DNA, barely above the analytical threshold. DNA technician made no conclusions, did not have confidence it would be identifiable.
The second swab came back with nothing.

I'm not sure if I'm interpreting this correctly but in cross examination of Dr Perlin it appears that on more than 1 item of evidence...Cybergenetics did not include (or purposely excluded) some individual/particular alleles in their report...and these particular alleles just happen to be alleles found in Merritt's DNA profile.

Wow! Why would they exclude anything in their report?

Shouldn't all alleles found be included? Everything?

Imo

Omg! The jury's ears had to perk up when they heard this. Why cherry pick? Nevermind it's obvious why.

I just pray they were paying close attention. Perlin's entire testimony was putting me to sleep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I missed it the first time, and I just went back to that spot. I need to put my listening ears on, LOL. Perlin drones on and on, I think I missed it again!

Codependency is a real thing and little girls want to love their dads despite their abusive and neglectful habits. Another innocent victim in this scenario! IMO

Surprise surprise. Yet more false facts about the State's case.

A daughter, who is possibly reading how strangers trash her father and the relationship between her and her father, and call him the worst to ever walk the earth, with no basis, is truly an innocent victim.

Thanks!! I'll go back and relisten, thanks so much for finding it and annotating, MrsPC. :)
