I wonder if the police checked whether DK owned a white truck

So what is the defense going to say to try and get this video banned from the trial? They have the chance to make their case to the judge after this testimony.

No, quite often the victims were bludgeoned to death just like this poor family.

For example, among others, Guy Heinz Jr. murdered 8 members of his own family all in one home. Most victims were adults. He also bludgeoned a 3 year old little girl during the same multiple mass murder, but miraculously she lived, although suffers from some disabilities from the brain damage she suffered.

The WDC mass murderer of the SS family, and their maid, he did not shoot any of his 4 victims. Neither did Richard Speck when he murdered 8. Etc.

If you do a Google search there are a multitude of mass murder cases, which several have been on WS over the years, proving only one perpetrator carried out the entire thing, from murdering them all, all of the aftermath, and cover up afterwards.

There is nothing showing he needed or had help, and that is why after a lengthy investigation before his arrest, he is the only one that will ever be charged. LE goes strictly by the evidence they collect and what it tells them. Assumptions, and speculations arent evidence they can use.

AND, he may have used trash bags to cover their heads, first.

I respectfully disagree about murder being murder, the weapon of choice CM used against all of them, including two small little boys is far from being...murder is murder.

Imo, It gives us a glimpse into his demonic mind, and what he is really capable of doing to others when crossed because even most murderers dont crush the skulls of children by using a sledgehammer especially since these little boys weren't even in his own family.

Imo

God, this guy with his refactal ray and points! 10 features that match the frame, which he examined frame-by-frame, which exhibits HIGH DETAILS, that match to the video !

Defense attorneys are drawing straws to see who HAS TO do the cross of this witness!!

Bernina, my friend. I love watching trials with you, but this testimony is boring me to sleep.

I think the defense will say 'HAS THIS EVER BEEN USED BEFORE IN TRIALS?' is there evidence of its accuracy?

  • #1,050
This tends to rule out the idea Chase drove over in the trooper

What part of the suspect's truck leaving the victim's residence is boring? Just curious.

Trooper was rejected.

I think this is the rear point they're referring to, it only stays in shot for a micro second

It's the year 2019

Such things are old hat.

You can take a photo of a room and render it into a virtual space for many years

I found where it has been used before in a trial and the guy appealed and lost. (it wasn't images of a vehicle but of a suspect with a tatoo on his arm taken from helicopter.)

Gahh, I wish we knew what type of jurors we have. Can they get this and connect the dots?

  • #1,058
The weight to be given is for the jury to decide

Of the judge messes this up I can't deal

here comes the cross---oh oh.....

McGee is making the expert stumble a bit....

Would that mean, that JM was killed or restrained somehow, leaving the Trooper up in R.C and then CM drove over to take care of the rest of the family? That's what I have always suspected.
