has anyone found any other reporters tweeting from the court room? The lack of tweets is as annoying as the feed!

Got to love a judge who can’t use his lunch break to take calls or his day off to go to the dentist.

He clearly has his priorities straight!!

I read earlier on a website that a media company had "secured the rights" to make this case into a movie. It didn't say their name tho.o_O

If he called specifically about his account, they should have a record of that. I have a friend that worked at a bank (in Canada though) and every time they accessed an account, it would show an employee ID (I only know this because someone used her computer once to do something they shouldn't have ... her own fault for not logging out)

If he phoned asking a general question... like what time are you open until? or can I deposit this cheque at the Rancho Cucamonga branch? Then I don't think they would have a record.

I work at a large American bank, and anytime we touch an account (even if I'm pulling an account up to do research without having a customer on the phone with me) our employee ID is saved on the account notes. We are also supposed to leave specific and detailed documentation explaining what actions were taken and why. If speaking with a customer, we would document pretty much any and all pertinent parts of the conversation.

With that being said, some people are lazy/inept and will leave the documentation blank or leave out aspects of work completed/discussed.

So if anyone was looking at his account that day, there should be a record of at least that, even if they didn't leave any notes as to why. Thanks for the info!

I also wanted to add that any phone call whether it be an inbound or outbound call, whether leaving a message or if nobody answers, even if a call is placed to a disconnected number, or you're placing a call to another desk within this building - those are ALWAYS recorded and saved. Most banks have to do this for auditing purposes as well as strict financial regulations imposed by the U.S. government.

I believe it. People go to Mexico all the time for all sorts of reason. Vacation. Medical. Nightclubbing. Dinner. Visiting relatives. Work. It is not unusual to go. Maybe Summer wanted to buy tile in Mexico. My mom did that.

The only fact we know is that the trooper was parked at the border. Since it's obvious the family didn't drive it to border and from there bury themselves in Victorville (sp?) it seems obvious (?) that either the perp or an accomplice put it there, or it was coincidentally stolen from wherever the perp first parked it, i.e., possibly the Fallbrook Park and Ride.

It was from a website/blog type of site in 2014, IIRC? I was searching for photo's of the MS family when I landed on that site.

I so agree with your post here.
I am just broken hearted for All of these innocent murdered, probably tortured 4 family members.
Trying to think about what the murderer did to each and everyone of these innocents fills me with more sadness then anger. HOW Can a human being do this?
It scares the heck out of me. Who can you trust?

Hi sweet KALI! I feel your pain. I feel such pain too.

I truly understand. That is one of the reasons many of my posts are about this poor family. I want to make sure to express why I am really here.

It's all about THIS family, and the pain, and torture they suffered before CM destroyed their lives. Justice must be served. Each victim deserves no less than true justice to prevail. So that is why I endure such a long trial. I wait for that day to come.

He tried his best to obliterate them with his foreboding evil choice of murder weapon.

It truly is the perfect example of total BETRAYAL!

I will never mistrust others though based on what this individual monster has done.

We cant judge or not trust others by what this horrid individual did to the man he called his best friend. That would mean we have given CM control of how we think about others.

I would like to think this world is filled with far more individuals who are kind, caring, and decent human beings.

Just keep trusting your own instincts that God has given us all so we are able to know when something or someone isn't right.

Who knows, Joey, and Summer could have felt the same gut feelings, and anxiety about CM at times, and tried to push it out of their minds as meaning nothing.

I did read a DM article where CM mentioned Joey came a couple of times a week to eat with them at CMs home.

It made me wonder why Joey didnt just meet him at his home that day to have a more private meeting.

Now I believe Joey felt uneasy about meeting CM at his own home believing it may be too dangerous. I think that is why Joey told CM to meet him in a very public place.

Imo

It was earlier in the am. One of the blog/website posters were talking about whether there would be a live stream of the trial, the date of their post was around 2014. Someone responded and stated the media company, w/o naming them, they thought THAT media co was going to film the trial. So, it may hyperbole, but if true, how can we find out which media co they are?

Another thing regarding the searches on travel to Mexico...
At the time of the disappearance, new passport rules were going to implemented for travelling to Mexico. It was kind of A big deal at the time because prior to the rule change, you could pretty much stroll or drive through the checkpoint to Mexico. Perhaps someone in the home was just doing a search regarding the new rules, and not necessarily planning on a trip. Look at your own Google searches. Every search doesn't necessarily mean you are going to take that action.

On cold blooded murders: I watched yesterday where a couple lured a "dancer" with $700.00, for a private dance, once the club had closed. They literally stabbed her to death, cut off her tattoo's and dismembered her: All because they practiced Voodoo and that night/date was the calendar date of which such sacrifice should be made, in order to "cleanse" them from their drug/alcohol addictions. It doesn't get any more callous than that, IMO.
