On cold blooded murders: I watched yesterday where a couple lured a "dancer" with $700.00, for a private dance, once the club had closed. They literally stabbed her to death, cut off her tattoo's and dismembered her: All because they practiced Voodoo and that night/date was the calendar date of which such sacrifice should be made, in order to "cleanse" them from their drug/alcohol addictions. It doesn't get any more callous than that, IMO.

I've seen that one too. That is cold, and callous.

I guess it's a matter of personal opinion, but using a bludgeoning weapon of any kind, including a sledgehammer, to me is far more callous than stabbing, shooting, or strangling methods or what others did after killing their victim.etc.

And to do it times four is unbelievably callous, and even more so, when it was done against to two tiny little boys. Imo

That is the eptimomy of callousness, and depravity. Imo

Hindsight 20/20, Monday Quarterback etc: You would think that DuGal would have wanted video, even days before/after they went missing, to look at. Anything that might point you in a direction to find the family, at that time. Any suspicious people/vehicles etc that *might* have been captured on the camera.

He must have only wanted the day they went missing?

I think defense was saying that if the vendor's name was added in lower case the cheques would print the same, but the witness seemed to not know if that could be overwritten in the cheque writing fields.

I'll add this: Welder's use welding machines in one hand and a hammer in the other. They go hand-in-hand. I KNOW this from working with inmates AND my in-laws/nephews are welders for the Gasoline Companies.

I agree, smashing in someone's skull with a sledge hammer takes some hatred.

I think I get it, but I'm still unsure of what I heard earlier today. At the moment, I think there were 2 different accounts. Do we have previous QB records yet? from that Custom account? Or up until the 1st was everything from the Contacts account... which would be different completely.
