Rewatching one of his CNN Interviews: CM actually said that he "went into the house for less than 3 minutes," I wonder why?

Ohhhh, they actually showed footage of the "Parking Mall" and there is 0 evidence of the MC's leaving that parking lot !!!!

I have NEVER heard or seen that on that day the MC's were NOT shown on camera leaving THAT Shopping Mall !!

Stay tuned people, we have YET to hear what the Pros has gathered in this case. Oh MY !!!!

Don't forget, they didn't investigate until at least 8 or 9 days after the Trooper was towed (I don't recall when they went to the parking lot/mall), I don't think they were able to find any video from the parking lot/businesses for those days though to see who left it there. Dugal testified about this. This is when they found that border video of the family of 4. If they had video of anyone around that Trooper, we would have known about it 9 years ago IMO, and it never would have been called a "missing" person's case.

Unfortunately, I don't think the McStay's would have been seen by the 8th, they were gone days before that.

According to the SBSO DA, the 8:28 phone call on the 4th between JM and CM, IS a piece of evidence that the SBSO can prove as part of this case, according to the CNN: Chasing a Murderer, that CM is the only suspect "in this case."

Now they have to prove this, in this case, IMO.

Because less than 3 minutes wouldn’t allow for accessing QB, aligning the checks and the subsequent printing and deleting lol. Seriously! He maybe timed his acts and therefore knew if wouldnt fit. “If he couldn’t align, print and delete within 3 minutes, you must acquit!”

This would be SEVERAL days after they went missing.

How does CNN show the (video) day in question? Unless it is simply smoke and mirrors by them? To me, that would open them up to possible liability? I've NEVER seen that video until CNN shows it.

Hmm. Before this is over the state is going to call witnesses he talked to over the years before his arrest. Imo

Let's see if he told them the exact same story each time or said something different adding different details?

I imagine we will see HIS truth (lol) changed from person to person, because we all know, he wanted to talk, talk, talk, about the McStays to anyone that would stand still long enough.

Imo, This was his creepy way of being able to relive his crimes each time he told the story again.

Just like when the police will come out in the press wanting tips to come in, when they are looking for an unknown murder suspect at the time, they will say... if anyone knows someone who seems overly interested about the overall case, or saving articles about the victim/s specifically, or are seeming to want to insert themselves in the case even talking to the media.

Ya know, maybe Joseph didn't know about the gambling? How honest was CM? Maybe Joseph figured he was just helping the family?

I think Joey would have to know. He paid Chase 173k in one year, and chase couldn't pay his rent? That had to bring up some questions in Joeys mind.

Maybe it was an issue previous to knowing Joey? I know the State has mentioned that he went to the casino after they disappeared, but I don't recall that they ever mentioned that he went previous to them disappearing. If he's an addict, surely we should see that he frequented the casino's all the time. Hate to admit it, but I think I go more than he did in Feb/March 2010 LOL

The only reason we know those few dates was because that was when he used the Casino ATM. I NEVER use ATMS inside the casinos if I can help it because they charge so much more than a regular bank does. Embarrassed to say the only time I use the casino ATMs is if I lost all the cash I brought and I want to keep playing. <<Which is usually a big mistake..lol

I bet he went many other times that we don't know about. There are a few Indian casinos out there, and he could have slipped in anytime, 24 hours a day, unnoticed.

Could be. But if they were able to find the 3 or so that he did in the 2 months afterwards, why wouldn't he have taken money out at their ATM before then? Or at least see that large cash withdrawals from somewhere and cell pings showed he was there. They may have that I guess, but no indication so far.

On a side note... our bank gives us back the fee the ATM charges, so it's never a concern for me or us ;-)

LOL I have watched it before ;-) When it first came out and a few times on repeat on CNN, and watched some of it since the trial started I just want to see the video you are talking about... I'm guessing it's a "stock video" though ;-)

In the "stock piece" SBSO DA said they had CM under surveillance for a year, once they "discovered" the bodies. That was according to the CNN Interview.

Yep, I think it's in the search warrants as well, they tapped his cell phone I believe.

The video of the day in question that you were talking about... is it the border video? or the actual mall? I am skimming through it and don't see a "mall" video. I see lots of video's that aren't actually from the days in question, some of it is staged (like the eggs on the counter... no one got photo's of that, it was cleaned up)

Thanks Bernina! I was able to find that, and also found that they can be printed from word as well on Check/cheque stock paper. I don't think we know in this case what Joey used.
