Ah it's as crappy as normal. I flicked over to one of L&Cs other trials yesterday just to see the quality of the live feed and it was just as bad. I think it's their equipment that isn't up to the task.

I swore when it came back I wouldn’t complain but I’m guessing the equipment is jet lagged as it’s as buggery as hell.

So I think we missed them playing the jail house recording for the jury, or missed part of it.

I just caught 2 seconds of Maline saying something to Smith about inmates' privacy.

If you're going to make that statement, back it up. The search warrant numbers are on the right hand side as shown below. There are approx 400+ pages of warrants.
Be specific. Where does it state CM was a good parent? What warrant is that from?

So far as I have seen, there's only evidence Merritt is a sperm donor, not a parent beyond that. Being that his children are well adjusted could be a result of Cathy's parenting alone. And that to me speaks volumes.

I haven't heard if Taylor is still attending the trial. Anyone?

The only part I heard on the livestream was him shouting (I'm presuming at Cathy through the glass) about he was searching trying to change his name because he wanted to author his book under a pseudonym. Then it ends and Maline gets to cross Smith about the recording.

I think the cameraman might have set up late, or they're saving the rest for another time.

Really? I know exactly what I'm talking about lol, my posts are my opinion. Just because you don't agree doesn't mean you have to go completely unhinged over it. Maybe you should stick to your blog where you can control the narrative.

And much of what you posted above has not been proven as of yet. There is still a long way to go in this trial. Sorry that you don't like it that some people want to see ALL of the evidence before being sure that Chase is guilty, and also what he is or isn't guilty of.

ALL IMO.

I just don't understand how anyone could say that Chase was an engaged, involved parent. He was a thief and an irresponsible, deceitful man. He stole from many people--including his own children. He gambled away the money and the time that should have been going to his children. They ended up living in a busted down RV with their mother, in the high desert. And this man was making over 150 k a year at one time, and his children ended up penniless.

If I was on the jury and they play that recording of Chase yelling at the glass 'the way I now visualize that day happening' I think I would have to try very hard not to laugh out loud.

I hear the peanut gallery squawking now "but it's not evidence he murdered them".

Backing up to this recording, to me it's not even what he said to Jarvis that's an issue. The fact that he's purposely not using the phone is pretty alarming. His deception is ringing church bells, in Saipan.

Watching further along on cross (in between the constant buffering) Smith tells the jury it was Mechelle who was visiting when that part was recorded on Feb 1st.
