A brain teaser for sure. If murder/homicide remain possibilities I can only think of few ways for either to be carried out and still remain undetected, and I’d be reaching. MOO

They only way homicide can fit in, is to involve a third party. Otherwise, there would have to be a suicide.

Just dropping by to humbly eat crow after reading the latest release from the Sheriff’s Office. I think it was pretty apparent that I was CERTAIN they were electrocuted by a lightning strike. Like, certain, closed case. And boy, was I ever wrong.

Now I’m just as baffled as ever. I hope the family gets answers soon, as this is going on for so long.

I thought you made a compelling argument. You convinced me it was probably lightning. It remains a mystery!

My dogs will eat anything and a one y.o. can eat some table food, imo. French fries, pepperoni slices, Mac n cheese etc.
Even if that's in the scenario, food poisoning is rarely fatal and effects each individual differently. DOGS have a highly acidic stomach and eat a lot of *garbage* and get away with it. The odds of all four dying from eating tainted would appear miniscule.....MOO

I'll always credit @SpideySense for the education on the types of lightning! Again, thank you. :)
