Joseph Aranda, 32,was last seen by family on July 10, officials said. His car was found abandoned in a church parking lot on July 11.

There are a LOT of men with his name in the civil/family or criminal court records for San Bernardino County including one who jumped bail late Spring - but without a middle name for the missing man, that information is not helpful as some or NONE of them may be applicable. I didn't see the copy of the police report referenced in the thread earlier (just found missing posters only) but it is stated that he is a citizen and LE has confirmed he is not incarcerated or in ICE hold for any reason.
