"Judith Lena, 89, was last seen in Foster City at 9:15 a.m. Monday, according to the CHP. Foster City police confirmed that as of 12:10 a.m. today, she is still missing.

The CHP said Lena was last seen driving a silver four-door 2002 Cadillac DeVille with a license plate of 4YRV072."
