Body found in canal where kidnapped boy discovered
A man's body matching the description of the suspect in the kidnapping of a 4-year-old boy was found Saturday morning in a Central California canal.
An autopsy scheduled for Tuesday will reveal the final results, but Stanislaus County Sheriff's detectives said that a water district employee found a body floating in the Delta-Mendota Canal south of Patterson at 8:30 a.m.

Thankfully.......now Tabitha can have some peace of mind.
HLN just said this body is likely to be Jose..........
Good riddance, and now perhaps this poor woman can find some semblance of peace to raise her baby. What a tragic set of circumstances! RIP little Juliani!
Amen. But I just now saw a short clip on the news showing the pregnant mother making a comment about the body being found.
She announced that she was naming her unborn baby girl Julianni in tribute to her son.
AWWWWWWW. Please do not saddle that poor baby with her dead brothers name. Nooooo. I just feel awful for that little baby if mom does that.
Maybe I am wrong...but it just feels sad to me. She will have the burden of being the daughter of the killer and the name of the victim forever.
I agree that naming her the exact same thing doesn't sound healthy, for mom or for baby. Maybe a middle name, or a variation. Adji Desir's parents named his baby sister Adjiana. I thought that was cute. But you all make good points.
STANISLAUS COUNTY — An adult male body pulled from the Delta-Mendota Canal has been identified as the man who kidnapped a 4-year-old boy in Patterson.
