Justin Woodruff, 39, was reported missing Thursday but has not been seen for six months. A reason for the delayed reporting was not given.

Woodruff’s mother last saw him walking northbound on Skyway, near Powelton Road, in Magalia. Date of last contact was Aug. 1, 2017.

Woodruff is a white male adult, 5’7”, 150 lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair.

"His mother reported him missing to Paradise police January 8 saying she hadn't seen or heard from him in quite a while," explained Paradise Police Sergeant Rob Nichols. "According to mom, it was not unusual for Justin to go missing for 2-3 months at a time. However, this time he's been gone much longer and so she's concerned."

In this case, like many others, Sergeant Nichols said with their nationwide database, every missing person is entered into, he's hopeful they will find Woodruff too.

"Between that and media releases and things like that we generally have a pretty good record of finding people," Sergeant Nichols said.
