Just from seeing the car and his history. I feel they were deceased before the wreck.
It could have been while giving birth at home and having no medical care/help.
I feel for her family and friends.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - UPDATE (Dec. 11, 2016 4:55am): Manuel Vela has been booked into the Kern County Jail for first degree murder, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and assault on a child resulting in great bodily injury.

He is currently being held without bail and is scheduled to face a judge on Tuesday.

He sure does seem anxious to give interviews and talk about how crazy he is.

First he was the anti-Christ. And, at the end of the interview LaborDayRN just posted, the anchor said he pledged allegiance to ISIS.

Vela says he knew he was gonna kill Katrina since 2009, and that she and her family knew it too. He's proud of his accomplishment.

It will be interesting to see if he really has schizophrenia, as he claims. For some reason, I doubt it.
