Three people have been arrested -- Tiffany Li, Kavyeh Bayat, and Olivier Adella...

Investigators found [Adella] had sold his Mercedes shortly after Green went missing. They found the new owner and checked the car.

Sources say that by using luminol, a chemical that detects blood that's been cleaned, they found blood traces in the trunk that turned out to be Green's.

The case they're building is strong. I agree that the defendants are flight risks. I hope they throw the book at all of them!

Blood in the trunk of the car I'm hoping it's Adella that's going to roll over on Li and Bayat- may she never see another free day in her life. She had it all literally handed to her - and literally threw it all away (I hope).

All three defendants appeared in court Wednesday but did not enter a plea. Their arraignment was rescheduled for June 23. They face felony homicide charges with a special allegation that one of them was armed with a gun in committing the crime.

This is the absolute epitome of premeditation IMO. Do we have (a) capital case(s) in the making? I am infuriated and heartbroken for Keith and his babygirls!

I can't imagine this wouldn't be a capital case. She's hired (of course) two of the best defense attorneys - Geoff Carr is very very good at what he does. And thanks for the date for the next hearing- I couldn't find it anywhere!

A Hillsborough woman accused of conspiring to murder the father of her two young children will remain behind bars after a judge denied her request for bail Monday afternoon.

Tiffany Li, 31, appeared in court Monday and was willing to put up $5 million to be released from jail as the mysterious criminal case of who killed Keith Green proceeds, according to prosecutors and her defense attorney.

Li is facing murder charges in the shooting death of Green, a 27-year-old Millbrae man with whom she had two children and an alleged custody dispute at the time of his April 29 disappearance. Kaveh Bayat, Li’s 30-year-old boyfriend, and Olivier Adella, a 41-year-old Burlingame man who’s been accused as the muscle behind the crime, also remain in custody without bail.
