A Sept. 17 jury trial date was set for a Hillsborough woman charged with conspiring to murder the father of her two children — along with two alleged co-conspirators Wednesday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

The almost 2-year-old case was set for a March 12 jury trial Jan. 2 when Olivier Adella, 42, withdrew his waiver to his right to a speedy trial. He reinstated his waiver Wednesday after attorneys for 32-year-old Tiffany Li and her 31-year-old boyfriend Kaveh Bayat made motions to delay the trial for further preparation earlier this month, according to prosecutors.

Too bad Keith Green can't get supervised visits with his children.

It's a shame that money can buy anything because had Li and her family not been loaded her would already be convicted, sitting in prison and neither she nor her ilk would be allowed access to those kids again.
