"Kemani is an amazing human," Arielle wrote. "She's been struggling with some mental health issues lately. Her phone is currently turned off, and we're all very worried. We haven't heard from her in some time. Please share this message and be on the lookout for my little sister."

She was visiting from Southern California and went for a morning walk on Kearney Street on Valentine's Day.

"I just need to find her. I can't sleep. None of us can sleep," said her sister Arielle McAplin.

"She never came back," Arielle told NBC Bay Area. "We have been really worried. She has been staying with my dad and she doesn't know anyone else in the area because she's from LA."

Some of them believe that shortly after she disappeared, she was spotted in Oakland near 10th and Jackson streets.

There is a search happening in Oakland today near Lake Merritt.
According to family's post in El Cerrito community group Kemani is off of her medicine, sometimes disoriented. Probably scared and is not familiar with the area.
Hoping they are checking the camps...lots of them in the east bay
