The only document I have found available is SP's 129-page declaration filed with the 4/21 filing.

That was from this story.

In the court documents, Scott says I did everything the police asked. They asked him to take a Polygraph. He never did. He refused.

If Scott takes a polygraph, answers every question and passes then I would start to see him as possibly innocent. (FBI polygrapher) Not one his parents can buy off. Lol.

He knows what he did and still 20 years later still plays I'm innocent game.

Can he be put back on DR if he's granted a new trial?

Why is he still talking?

SP interview with DS was the worst thing he did besides calling his lover after LP Died. His face was bright red and smiling while talking about LP death. Very strange. Im guessing he was on something that kicked in, but Smiling at the worst time.

Funny how it took 20 + years to find new evidence. Also, the criminals who burglarized the house across the street all took polygraphs about Laci's murder and passed. The Blood in the van has been tested and it's not a match to Laci.

What other evidence could there be?

LP looked like the most sweetest person. Loved life.

His lawyers say they are confident he will be released. Based on what? Duct tape? That was under water for how long and comes from a factory processed by dozens of people. Also, hear say about what someone heard someone say. This is their conference. Scott's family should have to pay the tax payers back for this mess.

Aww.

Scott Peterson’s hope that the California Court of Appeal would overturn his murder conviction were dashed this week when it instead directed his lawyers to return their case to the same Redwood City courthouse where he has had no luck over the past two decades convincing a jury or a string of judges he is innocent of killing his pregnant wife Laci and unborn son two decades ago.
....
Scott Peterson says “I loved my wife very much” in extraordinary declaration seeking new trial
But after the California Court of Appeal for the First District on Thursday rejected its petition, saying claims of new evidence are better settled in the lower court, Peterson’s lawyers said they would refile the petition in San Mateo County court within weeks.

Criminal defense lawyer and former prosecutor Michael Cardoza, who closely followed the Peterson trial in 2004, said however that those defense lawyers are “grasping at straws” and Peterson’s chances of freedom are all but nil.

“Peterson’s appellate claims have ricocheted through the Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Courts, each echoing the last,” Cardoza said. “Believing they will change their opinions, conclusions, is like debating with a mirror.”

The majority of convicted murderer Scott Peterson’s latest petition to be set free was denied by the California Courts of Appeal on Thursday.
....
Only one of the 19 claims listed in Peterson’s petition for writ of habeus corpus — a court order to present a defendant before a judge to justify their detention — was accepted to be heard. The claim is that one of the jurors in his 2004 murder trial should have been dismissed.

Peterson has 60 days to respond to the appeals court’s decision.

And the ruling from the Court's website.

5/29/25 Order denying petition filed.
Petitioner's "Application for Permission to File Brief In Excess 25,500 Words" and "Motion for Leave to Amend & Supplement Claims Filed in Pro Se Petition," both of which are unopposed, are granted. The clerk of this court is directed to file the amended petition and lodge the exhibits forthwith.
The court construes Respondent's "Motion to Summarily Deny Claims 2 Through 19 of the Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus," which is opposed, as a request for the court to exercise it discretion to deny those claims without prejudice to Petitioner initiating them in a new petition for writ of habeas corpus filed in San Mateo Superior Court. So construed, the request is granted. (In re Steele (2004) 32 Cal.4th 682, 692; In re Hillery (1962) 202 Cal.App.2d 293, 294.) Petitioner does not show that any extraordinary reason exists for initiating clams 2 through 19 in this court.
Respondent acknowledges that claim 1 of the amended petition is appropriately before this court because it was already fully litigated in the superior court and does not rely on any purported new evidence. Accordingly, the court retains claim 1 of the amended petition for disposition. The court hereby deems Respondent's July 28, 2023 informal response to Petitioner's original pro per petition for writ of habeas corpus as its informal response to claim 1 of the amended petition. Petitioner may file an informal reply in this court, addressing only claim 1 of the amended petition, within thirty (30) days of this order.

What would this mean if this one claim was overturned?

Court could overturn over any claim, which would mean a new trial. But it's unlikely.

This was filed in the Appellate Court which said they will only hear 1 of the 19 claims made. But LAIP said they will be refiling the other claims in the lower court, the San Mateo Superior Court.
