these things may not point to his guilt but they may factor into how the jury feels about his defence and him.
1. pumpkin pie. if a star witness for the defence is believed to be a total liar it cannot reflect well on PS.
2. missing evidence. if the evidence does not point to his guilt why would it not be turned over?
3. surprise! she was breathing after death. when the judge tells the jury that the defence surprised the court with this information and did not play by the rules i think it will affect their feelings for the defence.
whatever the jury feels for the defence will affect how they feel for PS imo.
In order to honor the jury, both sides of the legal team stand when they are entering or exiting the courtroom. Since they are now leaving the courtroom from a door other than the once they entered from (the main door), I watch them as they single file out towards the door. The juror in question is in the numbered 5-9 range, white, gray hair and constantly writing. Yeah. He smiled at Linda Kinney-Baden and she returned the smile.
You can add: Dr Lynn Herold's description of Lana's twisted shoulder bag strap. That shows me that Lana wanted outta there very quickly, not even bothering to straighten it.
Another thought: each of the 5 women knew Spector and thus knew how to talk him down. They stayed, yes, but managed to calm him. Lana didn't know ol' Phil. She didn't do that. She insisted that she wanted to go. Now. Just a thought.
