Hey Everyone.
A verified member means Websleuths management has checked you out and you are who you say you are.
EXAMPLES:
If you post that you are a lawyer we remove your post and ask to become verified.

If you post that you are a family member or somehow have inside information on a case, same thing, we remove your post and aske you to become verified.

To become verified you have to reveal to me your real name by sending me your driver's license. Your identity is kept strictly confidential. Then you have to prove either your profession or you know the family or are related...you have to somehow prove who you claim to be in your post.
When you have proven you are who you say you are then under your user name we put "Verified Lawyer, Verified Family Member, Verified Insider" or what ever it is you are being verified for.

Let me stress there is only so much we can do when we verify someone. It is rarely I can say with 100 percent certainty that someone is who they say they are.
That's why we always say it is up to you to believe the person or not.

I did try to find some kind of confirmation that Eddie's gf went missing, but besides some cryptic reference to it on family Facebook site, I couldn't find noting about it. You would think if somebody went missing or potentially was killed in a fire this would have been somewhere in the news.

I have nothing more to add until JMT is officaly listed on namus. I could really use some help doing this. Does anyone know her? Will anyone contact the sherrif on her behalf? The fate of Joy was imortant to Asha.

K-9 team searches for missing woman – Fort Bragg Advocate-News

Entry for this article is a missing woman, but Eddie is listed amongst the missing persons, from Mendocino county

Two Texas women with a group called Special K-9s Search and Recovery traveled to California last week to once again look for the remains of missing people in the area.
The missing
The most recent case in the county is that of Loral “Eddie” Pratt Ryan. He went missing from Albion on Sept. 1, 2018. He was last seen when he was dropped off at the Albion Store with plans of heading to Fort Bragg.

NOTE The NAMUS file says last contact September 1, 2018. The family was contacted by Mendocino County PD out of Fort Bragg and told them that Eddie was last seen 09/03/2018 reported missing 09/17/2018 and it's even possible that Eddie was already missing early August.
