She does resemble the UID. Good find. Same eyebrows and fine facial structure. What a gorgeous woman.
But missing from AZ and then collapsing in LA a few days later? Stranger things have happened but yeah... i am not sure.

The scars on her wrist immediately made me think of either self harm or needle marks from drug use. Since they were on her right wrist, it's pretty safe to say she was left handed if they were self inflicted some how.
