This sounds like he was a stabbing victim at some point and it healed prior to death? Odd that it is listed under Tattoos. Is there a police report of him being stabbed?

DECEDENT HAD A HISTORY OF ETOH ABUSE.

ETOH abuse commonly known as alcohol abuse. I would have thought he would be very thin at 5'9" and 95lbs, but he doesn't seem gaunt at all in his PM photo on Namus.

He does seem to have an usually narrow nose.

We know that back then many families that tried to report an adult missing would likely have been told they could choose to leave home of free will and may have been denied a formal report.
