That's correct. Generally that won't happen unless the court decides to prosecute him as an adult.

Should MSM slip up and release his name prematurely, that doesn't count.

Thanks, Bessie!

Just had a thought reading your post Eileen730: perhaps the dogs followed her scent to the car????

I am so sad today. Not getting any work done. Heartbroken. Fly with the angels little one............

I live in a 3-story apartment building that has a trash chute on all 3 floors. It leads to a very large trash container (I could easily imagine it being referred to as a "dumpster") in the basement/indoor parking garage. But it is in a small, unmarked room that only maintenance/management has access to. There are also two regular dumpsters in the parking lot - so maybe it wasn't immediately obvious to the searchers that there was another one indoors OR he was able to quickly use it after the initial search without being seen? Pure speculation.

Latest video from KRON. Shows inveigators going up to 3rd floor, reporters think that's where suspect lives.
Detective decided to just check dumpster. Mother went outside to check on Maddie around 5:30, so not a lot of time between last time Maddie seen on video at 5:07.

So he grabbed he between 5:07 and 5:30. Very tight timeline. He had to have taken her someplace else very quickly. Maybe he did assault her in the "shed" or got her someplace else like his apartment or parent's car. Now I'm thinking her scent at the beach is because she was there earlier, or he disposed of evidence there, like washing off the blood in the ocean as someone else suggested or brought her scooter to the Boardwalk.

Now here is a question for you!
Would the dogs have detected her scent on him?

That's what I was wondering also Eileen730. Those dogs are amazing. I know there have been some comments about their capability, but I assure you, they don't make mistakes. They don't always find what they are looking for, but they don't make mistakes. So yes, they could have picked up scents from M and from the P and pointed them to the car? the apt? the shed? the dumpster? But I bet those dogs led police to the boy ultimately, or went happy tail nuts when he was being interviewed.

xoxox to you, M

I was at a conference last year and saw a documentary by Gail Dines called "Pornland" (she also has a book of the same name). Now I'm definitely not naive but what I saw in that film absolutely sickenend me. Boys (and its predominantly boys) as young as 10, but on a average 12, being able to access 🤬🤬🤬🤬. And we aren't talking about "soft core" 🤬🤬🤬🤬 here. Apparently free sites allow anyone to go and view 🤬🤬🤬🤬 of the most disgusting nature. And because parents don't talk to their kids enough about sex and 🤬🤬🤬🤬 especially the attitudes of younger people are changing. There is a category of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 called Gonzo and it's awful. It's portrayed as "point of view" 🤬🤬🤬🤬, but it's basically just awful violence against women with choking, putting the girl's head down the toilet so she's practically drowning, bukake, and deep throat. The 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that young kids can access is horrific. It's nothing more than the violation, degredation and abuse of young women for the man's benefit. And if young boys see this, and combine it with messages from music stars who talk about "hoes" and smacking women, and see sports stars beating up their girlfriends and getting away with it then that's what they believe is acceptable.

These 🤬🤬🤬🤬 companies are financed by "household name" companies. They are like drug dealers. They entice young boys in with "free" 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and then make them pay for the harder and harder stuff. Meanwhile doctors are now seeing more and more young girls with anal prolapse, vaginal prolapse and severe throat infections because boys are recreating what they see on 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and what they believe normal sex is.

It was the most unbelievable thing I have ever seen. It opened my eyes up massively to the damage 🤬🤬🤬🤬 does to our society. We need to teach our boys and girls from a young age that these things aren't acceptable. That a male orgasm is not the priority above a woman's dignity and respect. And that women are not all "🤬🤬🤬🤬 stars" who have the airbrushed figures and who look like a human Barbie. I have teenage girls but after I saw the film I sat them down and we talked about the problems with 🤬🤬🤬🤬, and they spoke about how boys in their class admitted openly to watching 🤬🤬🤬🤬 channels and then some had persuaded their girlfriends to try things they had seen. Luckily my girls are more bothered about school and grades than boys but I still think it's important to discuss.

Very good points and information, thanks for sharing. And - think about this as well: How many commercials for longeivity of "penile erection" do we really need? I love CNN but it just cycles these commercials over and over again (as I sit and watch the news with my teen son). Hate it!

I'm sorry. However kids are accessing this stuff and it's important we know and that we act. I don't want to upset anyone, that's not my intention, but academics are seriously worried about how 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and the misogynistic culture we live in is affecting what people are perceiving as normal.

Is it a fact that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is/was a factor in this case? Haven't read that anywhere else but here.

No. They are brainstorming as to why teenage boys kill little girls.

Sadly, I think so also.
- That he killed her in the shed, probably with a sexual motive, probably by strangulation blefuscu)

Reminds me of another 14 year old: I am sure many WS members remember Philip Chism, 14, who sexually assaulted and murdered his teacher, Colleen Ritzer, 24. :( :( :(

I do understand blefuscu. I can only take so much of this "new" world a bit at a time, anymore.

To the poster who wrote of CNN and penile dysfunction, I could not agree with you more. It's even on the radio ads at KGO.

It is my opinion that these teenagers are saddled with a great deal of anger and lash out at the most innocent of victims because they resent them. In some cases, I believe they want to hurt the families more so than the children. These kids often have a family member who has walked out of their lives.

By the way, teenage boys have been looking at 🤬🤬🤬🤬 for a long, long time. It might not be good for society. But I doubt that it is to blame for this kind of violence against children.

Yes, Hi, I posted about the constant TV commercials about penile dysfunction. It embarasses me that I have to watch so much of this when watching TV with my teen son. It's constant! And, truly, most of the time we are just watching the news together. I remember when we were kids, it was a big deal when Playtex had bra commericals on. Today -- advocating being able to have an erection when you need it - is disgusting. Hate it so much that I think I will write to CNN and to those advertisers via social media. One thing WS does for me is that it makes me take action on certain things. Luv WS.

Thanks.

Not saying this happened, but possibility. Kids are very computer savvy and deep web is popular with some, it's a twisted place.
