I wonder, and I am really freaked out, by how this all could have occurred. This seems to be a somewhat close, busy little community. How could this boy have pulled all this off without notice?

I understand how he might have lured her into his apartment but wouldn't someone hear her scream? How would he then get her body from his apartment to the trash without someone noticing something?

I'm not sure why my message was deleted about his Instagram. It has been publicly posted already online along with his name?

Most of the comments on that article are what you would expect, but a couple are interesting.

Well. Now I see where Donald Trump gets his supporters.

Or meds? For her or for her son?

Just a guess, not based on anything in MSM.

Like maybe if he needed an inhaler? Interesting thought.

I assumed it was for keys, and they didn't need a warrant because she willingly handed them over, and she dumped the purse because who could search around in it at such a time.

I wonder if she knew immediately.

I have a legal question....

Way earlier in the thread, it was mentioned that LE was seen dumping out the suspect's mom's purse and looking for something. I am not sure if this was right when he was being taken into custody or right before or what. But are they legally allowed to do that without any type of warrant? Or would they have needed something? (Forgive my ignorance. I don't know much about the law and I'm new to this whole websleuth world.)

Gitana could answer that, she is a verified attorney on here... I know I saw her in this thread somewhere :waitasec:

Ok ... My posts are being deleted. Yet this entire thread centers around the potential of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and a slew of other assumptions about this kid which were all formed HERE and have not been discussed officially. Moderators, do your job right or don't do the job at all.

You can't link to someone that hasn't been named by police.

dont get mad, you'll get put on time out

Everyone keeps asking how this could happen and how he could carry this out without looking suspicious. That's how sociopaths are! They're fantastic actors. They can live seemingly normal lives until something snaps. There are a plethora of disorders that can also line up to this.

The kid was "normal". If you look at his photos, videos, Facebook, Instagram everything ... This kid looks to be just how any 15 year old boy would be. With the exception to a strange loss or breakup of some sort in the past based on his posts.

I wasn't asking how he could do it. I don't know that we will ever find an explanation for sociopathy. I was specifically asking about how no one in the community would notice something? Even more specifically, (and I hate thinking this), how did he transport her body from his apartment to the dumpster without anyone seeing anything? Especially since LE has said she wasn't visible at first glance. Did he put her in a box, bag, suitcase? Do we know?

You just did. :) By you posting, you added the thread into your subscribed threads.

ETA--Not sure if that's what you were asking.

She might not have had a chance to scream. She went voluntarily so she thought it was a safe friendly visit. He probably told her he had a new yoyo to give her, or something nice like that. She would not have her guard up. He puts his music on loud and he says it's in his room....if he jumped on her then she would have no time to scream. He could have wrapped something around her neck, tightly right from the start. There would be very little noise.

Mom called it in @ 6:08. They would be searching in a larger perimeter at first because she was on a scooter. So I think he could have taken a bundle out to the recycling bin without being noticed. JMO

I think you have a false sense of security. I raised my kids with very little tv, no internet until they were in 3rd/4th grade and only one computer in the living room that they shared and was visible to all of us. No smartphones until they were well into high school, just some old flip phones that you basically could only make calls from. Despite that, my oldest daughter ended up in therapy when she was 13 and it came out that boys in her middle school (upper middle class, best in the area middle school) were harassing the girls with hardcore 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on their smartphones. She was so horrified and upset by what they were "shocking" the girls with that she ended up having sleeping and anxiety issues. She still to this day won't tell me exactly what she saw but her therapist said it sounded pretty bad (and of course she couldn't tell me specifics due to confidentiality).

But I agree that we should try our best. It doesn't mean they won't find it or it won't find them unfortunately. :(

I would feel weird policing my husband, but I'm sure you have your reasons. I would imagine it's fairly easy to circumvent the software through a VPN or TOR though, just so you know. In fact if someone were to attempt to do this to me I would just have a separate browser on a key drive and use a VPN. Trust me when I say, I would figure it out.

I didn't explain myself well. I do not feel secure. That's why I said i can't lock up their friends' phones or computers, but the one thing I CAN do is lock up my family's. We have one home PC. It's in an open area so when the children need it for school I can see what they are doing. It was my husband's idea to k9 all the phones and pcs after he went to a school meeting about kids and electronics. He doesn't feel policed;). His work PC is actually a laptop, so it does come home with him, so he figured I should k9 that one too in case the kids use it. He decided I should have the code-- I guess he's looked at 🤬🤬🤬🤬 before as most men have, so he figured I should lock him put too;) I didn't ask.

We don't have TVs in the kids' bedrooms. Our almost 13 year old and our almost 14 year old got phones about a month ago, but they can't surf the web. We have the code to get on. Yes there are ways around k9 etc, but aside from having no phones, TVs, and internet, beefing up the security with k9 is the best we can do (I couldn't even get a nursing bra online because k9 blocked that search).

in addition to beefed up security, we teach morality and faith in our home and serve The Lord and pray morning noon and night for our children's protection from the Devil. We also warn them of pitfalls and slippery slopes etc. We do our best, I guess

While I mostly agree with you it's probably not that difficult. I don't watch what my neighbors take to the trash and I doubt they watch what I toss either... not that they need to, just saying I could probably take out a lot of different things and I don't think anyone would notice them.

" Police revealed few details about the girl’s death. However, the source close to the investigation told The Chronicle that surveillance video showed the teenager placing Madyson’s body into the bin only five minutes before her mother, Laura Jordan, called police at 6:08 p.m. Sunday. The video then shows the suspect returning to the bin twice in the hour after officers arrived, the source said."

"
The boy hung around as investigators looked for the girl, often asking if there were any new developments, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the case publicly.Madyson was sexually assaulted and strangled and also suffered blunt force trauma to the head, the source said.As for a motive, the boy told police that he had been contemplating suicide and that he had killed the girl to see how people would react, the source said."

Respectfully disagree.

I gained about 20 lbs (thank you menopause) and googled "best bras for bigger breasts" because for some reason, most of the weight decided to rest in my breasts....

And OH.MY.GOD.

i got a plethora of big T*t fetish site links for the clickin! And yes, I clicked. So would most of you. It was pretty narsty, but not violent or pedo. Just tacky 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

I was looking for old lady bras, I got 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

It isn't that hard to find, even unintentionally.

Yes. I would have too. I have often run across reports of different crimes and have googled something. Something that would NOT look good to an investigator looking through my computer. Things I would be MORTIFIED if my family and friends knew I was googling. But my curious nature has gotten the best of me before. LOL!! Hopefully my computers remain uninvestigated!

Wow! You would have thought the dumpster would have been one of the first things they searched.
