I was worried about Scott's wife!! She had been shot and was still in the house!!

The victim's wife was still inside the house while the fire was spreading. She was rescued and taken to the hospital; Scott Roberts died as a result of gunshot wounds.

That said, this slimeball drove 12 hours, unannounced, to surprise his brother and ask to see their mother who had not lived at that address for maybe a year. Our perp was positively blindsided by his mother's longterm living situation, in the year of our lord 2023, where there are endless ways of communicating with one another across borders and time zones.

This man was a real piece of crap even before the murder.

I didn't know there was new rules?! I guess I'll go searching.

He knew his Mother wasn’t living there. From what I’m able to piece together, he thought his brother was squandering her estate, thereby robbing him of his inheritance. Paranoid delusions at play IMO.

when i saw the video i was thinking it was something like that. how do you know he knew mom wasnt there? i didnt figure that part out.
