Folsom police are asking the public's help in locating a 45-year-old man who was last seen leaving for a morning run.
Mark Metzger, a Folsom resident, was last seen Thursday morning at Livermore Community Park, 6004, Riley St., leaving for a run, according to a Police Department news release.
Metzger is described as white, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with light brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and navy blue shorts.
