He has a daughter at that high school. I don't want to name her but she goes there.

My God how awful for his daughter.

found his girlfriends FB but won't link it here - pics of her minor kids and she is not a principal so TOS prevent me.

her name is mentioned on the RIP Marysa page in comments but the poster misspelled it there. initials are CS first name ends in letter "i" last name ends in letter "s"

I don't think they were still together when this happened, though. It's his ex.

she might want to consider changing that relationship status then. add to that she is posting pics of engagement rings she likes on her status updates as recently as 2/19/13.

Can you imagine? I cannot fathom how freaked out I would be to know that someone I dated or thought of as a potential mate and stepparent to my child was charged with murdering someone else's child.

I am not sure if she is an ex or if things were still sort of up in the air iykwim

also he was in her cover photo which was updated on 1/25/13 so if they broke up, it was really recently.

So Marysa arrived at the school parking lot AFTER he did? I don't get it. Why was he there? Was he trolling? Did he see her and recognize her?

Not sure if he knew her, but I did see that his daughter is facebook friends with Marysa. So maybe she trusted him?

I really wish I knew what motive was.

More will be apparent once we know COD and whether there was any sexual assault.

Just so sad. Sad for her family, sad for this man's daughter, sad for this little town.

I really hope Bealer's daughter is getting good support right now. That poor kid has got to be shellshocked.

I had read in initial missing reports that Marysa intended to hook up with friends and then expected to be home around 2:30. I have to wonder which friends she was hooking up with and where they were going to hang out.

Might offer more info on where Bealer picked her up, at school or heading out after meeting those friends wherever that was.

So did he grab her from the school? Did he ploy her with something to get her to his house? Did he use a vehicle? It looked as if he was walking on the sidewalk in the surveillance video.

do we know when the video was taken, before or after school? I am assuming she made it to school and he took her after but haven't seen it specified what time he is seen on the video right before she is.

Authorities arrested 39-year-old Quentin Ray Bealer for her murder. Detectives do not believe he had any connection to Marysa before her death.

Coincidence I suppose? I was hoping to find out more info about what happened.

Police asking for assistance in the case:

"This included a number of interviews and additional searches. Investigators are looking for some key pieces of evidence that are important to this case. We are once again seeking the public's assistance with this investigation in locating and identifying these important items."

Items include a pair of red shorts, decribed as "Dickie" style shorts and an I-Pod in a pink removable case, the latter of which Marysa was in possession of at the time of her disappearance, the release said.

The police are requesting access to video surveillance of residents and businesses taken in a specific area between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26.

The area includes anything north of Luther Road, east of Baker Road, south of Walbridge Road and west of Main and South Main streets.
