On Tuesday night teams believed they saw something in the marsh land and deployed boats and sonar equipment, but nothing was found.

Her family have said that they have not received any ransom requests
Lt. Park also revealed that he did not believe the house had been robbed.

Officers released pictures of DH' boyfriend's car and asked for anyone who may have seen the vehicle during Monday afternoon or evening to contact them.

The boy friend has to have something to do with this. It just does not make sense that he waited 12 hours after witnessing her being abducted.

One reporter suggested that perhaps he was tied up, although that is just a thought. I'm just throwing that out there, we don't know what his situation was during those 12 hours.

I can't link or quote really from my device, but the Daily Mail article on this said that when the call came in it was dispatched by phone not scanner and that police believe the person is listening to the scanner.

Given they thought that even as it came in to dispatch it, to me I'm inferring they must have some idea of who it was from the get go for them to even think that might be the case.

Curious if that's based on the history of an individual...?

The DM must have edited the article because I don't see that part about the scanner.

Found it:

Police have been unusually tight lipped about the incident. Once they received the report about the abduction, the alert was not sent over police radio but rather sent by phone between dispatchers and officers. This suggests her kidnapper is listening into police radio broadcasts.

That's because it took him 12 hours to come up with a story. This reminds me of the ninja robbers story Jodi Arias first came up with.

I am sure someone has mentioned this. There is absolutely no mention of the boyfriend on her Facebook Page at all.

Maybe they kept it on the down-low because they work together?

OMG it looks like she was found safe in Huntington Beach! I wonder what this story is? I hope she is not involved in some sketchy scandal. This was just reported and I found on Twitter so only reporting what I see.

Got it!! Thanks!!

DH has been found safe in Southern California, according to her uncle. DH’ uncle said she told family “they” left her in Huntington Beach.

Earlier Wednesday the Chronicle confirmed that someone claiming to be her kidnapper had contacted them.

“The Chronicle’s No. 1 priority is to get Ms. H back with her family as soon as possible,” said Chronicle Editor, Audrey Cooper. “It is true that we have received information from someone claiming to be her kidnapper, and we believe it to be authentic.”

The confusion as to the actual whereabouts of DH began swirling after Chronicle reporter, Evan Sernofffsly tweeted Wednesday that her father said she was safe in Huntington Beach.

JK said his daughter, DH is safe in Huntington Beach. He provided no other details. Neither Huntington nor Vallejo police departments has confirmed her safety.

Her aunt, KK said that DH appeared at her mother's home in Huntington Beach, but her mom wasn't there because she's up in Vallejo looking for her daughter. DH then walked to her father's house, also in Huntington Beach, her aunt said.
