Did I read correctly that the "kidnappers" took AQ's computer? I was wondering if LE couldn't trace the emails, but if the emails were being sent from AQ's computer then the "kidnappers" could still claim to have sent them (in another lengthy email detailing how they pulled that off). Now, I'm wondering whether or not LE has recovered the computer.

The kidnapper says he will turn himself in, but only if his co-conspirators are given immunity. The individuals wrote that police could accept this offer, or that he would 'go overseas and teach English' or 'live off the grid and read books for the rest of my life.'
