To this day, I have no answer as to why after lockdown was declared that people started firing off fireworks. What would possess people to do this? I am talking about many, many people.
I've always understood 4 legged animals more then people. I tend to go the opposite way of the masses.
My point regarding the supposed shots not being called in, is, that we were quite accustomed to loud bangs.
Larry Millete having gunshot residue on his hands cannot be explained away.
That's a biggie.
I do not think that this beautiful vibrant woman is alive. Yes, I do think that Larry Millette, killed her.
Like many of you, I am very worried about their children.

Dre, Kali, what’s with all the fireworks? Protesting lockdown? Bored youth? General houliganism?

if as frequent as you portray, it does help explain why many neighbors didn’t call LE.
Clearly, the dog knew something bad was happening. : (

Just to be clear....we can watch the segment but we cannot discuss it.

Correct? Don't want to get in trouble.

I suppose it's not surprising that the loud bangs weren't called in if fireworks are prevalent in the area, and especially not long after new years.

I'm personally starting to feel the weight of this case. I am still hopeful that she will be found soon and that any guilty party will receive justice. I have faith that LE are working diligently and that the kids will be safe. But the more this unfolds, the heavier it feels. I wonder how LE deals with it.

For some mob rule crazy reason, after we were put on lockdown here in Southern California, people started firing off fireworks. I mean a LOT of fireworks, nightly, all over Southern California. The craziest thing, I'm sure it's discussed on the news and social media because it was every damn night.
So, personally, I would think if I heard loud bangs with pauses, I would think it was just more idiots firing off fireworks
FOR Those of you who don't live here, you'll probably think I'm making this up.
I assure you. I am not.

I live here and you are so right on the crazy, nightly fireworks display.
I just started watching above video so very curious what their take is.

I just hope the children are safe. It’s really quite concerning if they are still in the house. Very. Concerning.

Sillybilly gave permission as long as we don't discuss any aspects of the video that have not (yet) been confirmed by LE. There is a great deal discussed in this video, and I found the last few minutes especially interesting.

Has there been any confirmation whether Millete’s have a dog, or two?

Details for MM Warriors search #9 (April 24) already posted on FB.

The family also requesting 501 dedicated prayers, masses, etc. for MM's 40th birthday on May 1.

Find May/Maya Millete

I don't know if it counts, but one of my good friends worked with May and said they did have one older dog.... but I don't think that's a verified source.

You do not want to miss this one! Approved for post by Sillbilly with the caveat to *not* repeat/discuss rumors or speculations that are yet to be proven.

*Amazing* info about audio/video forensics, and alot about Maya's case.
A must watch

Finally had a chance to listen, and I love them for doing this. You can tell how much they both care. Highlight for me was them saying that gap between the 6th/7th and 7th/8th shots leans it toward premeditation. He CANNOT get off easy. :( As always, MOO and hoping and praying this comes to a close soon and justice can be served.......

100 days have passed since Maya went missing. LM's parents seem to be staying at the Millete house, helping with the children as we have seen grandfather speaking to CBS8 there.

I wonder what about MM's job? Someone would need to take over her work responsibilities, on emergency basis but now long term. At what point does an employer stop paying the salary for a "missing" person? Most of all, has LM been going to his job for the last 100 days? Can the family live on his salary only, mostly a question due to mortgage payments in a high housing cost area, and maybe car payments on multiple vehicles?

I wish we knew exactly when LM’s family arrived. Do we know that?

It boggles my mind that he could have shot her 8 times and then got rid of the evidence so well that he hasn't been arrested yet. Surely that would make... quite the mess. and even if cleaned up, and it looked clean to regular eyesight, would it be cleaned up well enough that forensic investigation wouldn't find anything?

Have LE searches of the home been thorough enough? Would there be evidence there now still if they went and looked again? could tests on anything taken from the home be taking this long to confirm?

(I'm going to watch the latest Interview Room video, but can't yet. If they discuss such things there I'll be super interested to hear their opinions)

No, sadly, you are not making it up.

For some unknown reason, the people across the street and the people a few houses down, insist upon setting off fireworks and bottle rockets, once or twice a week. Often in the middle of the night. I am not talking just July 4th or New Yrs Eve, but every single week. I have no idea why.

The lack of arrest in this case does surprise me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised---so many cases that seemed headed to arrest have stalled out---Suzanne Morphew's case, Lil DeOrr Kunz, Hailey Dunn, Rondreiz Cortez, Michelle Parker ...too many to recount...

Actually, that is true where i live. Days after new years, i can still hear people shootin' off fireworks. Either burning off leftover fireworks, lockdown boredom as if new years wasnt enough. However, some people think those bangs do sound like its coming from indoors rather than outside.

Hopefully we get more info as well as experts weighing in on those sounds.

Yep... that gap is so incriminating IMO.

(In reply to my own post, they do talk about the cleanup. So worth listening to what they say).

Yeah, I don't think the dog barking is just 'dog barks at noise because dog'. I think it's a dog that's quite upset/distressed.
