There's something incredibly evil about a man that deprives his children of their mother but even more so when he involves his child in the disposal of her body. Maya's only son will grow up to know he escorted mommy to her final place where Larry dumped her. MOO

And did he leave the other also-very-young children home alone, with no way to reach him?

And to think poor May was so torn. Wanted to get out of her oppressive marriage -- wanted to be done dealing with him as a husband but believed he was a good dad.

In the end, doesn't matter how many shelf-stable fruit cups you give your kids. If you kill their mother, you aren't a God dad.

I think this case will be tried by implication/inference. The totality of the evidence. I hope there'll be testimony from an expert on the cycle of violence.

Based on May's cellphone activity, there's an obvious break in her normal usage -- and no use following.

The children, playing outside. Odd.

It is my belief that he sent the children outside so he could move May's body to the garage, where IMO he hid her, temporarily.

Later moving her to the Lexus.

I wonder how many coolers the family had. Regular campers, they probably had many. Many sizes. Did he load up a Yeti, for his day trip to the cold, grey, foggy beach? You know, with fruit cups.

I suspect that the Millete family is down one cooler.

In 1981, Cathy Krauseneck's husband put an ax in her head while she was sleeping, and left his toddler daughter home with mommy (ax still in her head) all day until he later came home from work. Husband was arrested 40 years later and was just convicted last year! MOO

Larry had more Spell requests, but cancels the ones on Maya on Jan. 9th or 10th, 2021 (because she was likely dead) and wanted them transferred to Jamey.

However, IMO, more important than the spellcasters were Larry's last messages to his employer. At that time we saw Maya's confirmation of divorce text, and Larry literally going off the edge. He sent a copy of Maya's text to his boss and went MIA (disposing of Maya).

Very glad I was able to capture all those screen shots regarding the "Spell Casting Requests" by Larry. Extremely interesting. Gives you a really in-depth look into his controlling mind. I have to point out his thinking he loves Maya "unconditionally", then all he does is complain about her and point out her negative ways in the rest of the letter. The use of force and control stands out. If he wasn't going to get what he wanted as an outcome then maim her, torture her with nightmares, maybe even some cancer... but that's because he loves her "unconditionally". Bet he was somewhat of a spoiled child. All MOO. ​

A short 3:51 minute news video going over Day 9 today's Hearing info. Remember I missed the start of the day, but this has the audio video Maya took of her and Larry arguing over trust issues. On it, she mentions him wanting to make her dead.

MOO, it's been like Maya left plenty of messages in case something happened to her, and it'll be a shame, if when this goes to trial, that the jurors don't realize how she sensed he might take her life. She points it out over and over, and then... she was gone, as in most likely dead. Now who do you think might've fatally hurt her? All MOO​

According to Rhoades, during a search warrant at the Millete home, Larry had asked for a female investigator to look through their daughter’s computer because it had sexual videos of Larry and Maya. Rhoades is expected to finish his testimony Wednesday. It’s unclear if Judge Dwayne Moring will immediately deliver his decision on whether there’s enough evidence to move forward with a murder trial. Preliminary hearing continues on Wednesday, 1/25/23.
