It was last listed for rent 02.25.23 for $2,800 per month (so it's not listed as section 8 or low income at all), then that listing was removed on 03.17.23 I think it's safe to assume this is when Ashlee moved in, considering neighbors have reported she's lived there about 2 years.

but that's 33.6k/year for rent alone. even with SS survivors' benefits (melodee's, for her father), and possibly unemployment and/or disability, that's a lot for someone with no job.

edit: though we know she has unpaid credit card debts. if she had some secret source of income, you might expect those to go away. my guess is she's just not living a financially sustainable lifestyle. racked up credit card debt to make ends meet on a monthly basis, and this is all gonna come crashing down sooner or later.

Esp with how careful she is about people and how isolated she has Melodee and now she suddenly wants to have Melodee stay with this stranger since they’re the same age? they both are IMO. He is enjoying the attention he claimed not to want but I do believe that is what she told him. I believe she told him that lie and he is more than happy to tell it to reporters, despite his initial complaints that he wanted to stay anonymous and didn't wish to discuss what she told him.
