If I lost my wallet and phone, I wouldn't be going to a show, I'd be canceling cards, getting a replacement phone, etc. I own a business so I'm pretty tethered, but isn't everyone, especially in a city where you need to show a vax card to do certain things? Something is super weird about this case.

Any info on how she got from San mateo to sf?? It's not a quick bart ride. San mateo is accessible via Caltrain then Bart, or did she drive herself, or Uber?

It was chilly but not rainy yet on Saturday. It gets dark by 5pm or 530pm now. Did she live alone? Who is reporting her missing?

well she could have taken caltrain all the way into SF, it was approximately a 35 minute ride from San Mateo to the 4th street caltrain station in the city and its less than a 30 minute walk.

Forgetting your phone with your vaccine record on it when going to an event is like going to the airport for a trip and forgetting your luggage. Does not make any sense to me. JMO

Most places don't really ask for vax cards, especially bars

they do in SF. you literally cant go anywhere there. maybe the one off.
