"On Sunday, 09/11/2022, a homeless man found an unresponsive unidentified male on Grove Ave., near State Route 60 in front of a Burger King in Ontario. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the unidentified adult male to Kaiser Foundation Hospital- Ontario (KFHO) and arrived at 1730 hours to the emergency department. On Monday, 09/12/2022, an unidentified adult male, was pronounced deceased in the Intensive Care Unit."

Hmm, there is a small case number discrepancy between him and my file. I wonder if it was modified or if there's a typo. I have his CN as 702207299. I'll attach his now archived link to see it the case number shows up.
