As I said, before I was up to date on the case - when I read he had been ill just prior to be shot by his wife. I wondered whether he had been poisoned. After I read she had been released and was not being charged {shrugged, well ok then}.
I've noted in various statements from LE and the Church- there are qualifiers:
I want to leave the door open for details which would explain how this could have happened. If she were a danger to others, would they release her?
I've noted in various statements from LE and the Church- there are qualifiers:
- Charges will not be filed “at this time” against a woman arrested for allegedly fatally shooting her husband earlier this week in Lemon Grove, the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
- Our primary role here as Presbytery representatives is to care for the congregation in San Diego, of which Gabby is a member. At this time we have no evidence to contradict her account of the tragic events on Monday evening. The state is continuing their investigation, but at this time they have said there is not sufficient evidence to contradict her account and hold her. For now she is able to grieve with her family and her church. For this we rejoice. Log In or Sign Up to View
