SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A San Francisco man now serving a 25 years-to-life sentence at the California Department of Corrections health care facility in Stockton for the brutal 2000 murder of a 3-year-old boy has been granted parole.

Not happy about this, nope, but wonder if this is a financial decision by the State?

Is the Dept of Corrections passing the co$t of this medical treatment on to another State agency?
