Ok, that worked I think. I created a group. If the link goes down, just do a search for group pLe

ETA: that links to group for Phuong Le. Just click on an unlit candle and put your own message and then light. btw, candles stay lit for 48 hours.

I'm surprised we haven't heard about camera footage from the parking lot; don't most places have them? Would be helpful to see what happened at/near her car....

What's inaccurate?

e.g. this:

When investigators opened the trunk, they found all of Phuong's personal effects -- her cell phone, her wallet, her purse -- all locked inside.

(Phuong's brother Huong opened the trunk and found her belongings.)

and this:

Police immediately searched the surrounding areas and interviewed Barnes and Nobles customers.

(Police immediately told Phuong's brother Huong that they had another call and left. They didn't even turn over the case to the Fairfield PD for 48 hours.)

It's really a shame that a site like AMW can't get some basic facts straight. This way it looks like LE was on top of the situation from the get go. :(

Has LE stated there were no cameras ? That's a bit confusing to me.

I haven't heard anything about exterior cameras aimed at the parking lot; I've only heard about the ones inside Barnes and Noble that did not capture her. I just assumed there are no cameras aimed at the parking lot, or none aimed near where her car was found, as if there were then LE could have reviewed the footage from the evening she went missing and seen whether she ever returned to her car/if she was abducted near her car, etc.

I'd like to say I can't imagine her or anyone being abducted in a busy parking lot during business hours of the parking lot's stores, but it's happened before. Perps are getting more brazen. And Phuong was so small, she could have easily been quickly subdued/knocked unconscious and thrown in another vehicle in mere seconds without anyone seeing anything. It's horrible to think about. However, I'm still leaning in the direction that she willingly got into the vehicle of someone she knew or someone she knew peripherally and things went bad from there.

And we all know that isn't true! Gosh - this is just one more very frustrating case that is lacking information. What's going on in LE and the media?

Not sure what a Knock Knock Rally is but I think it is to go around the whole neighborhood, probably houses and businesses and knock on doors to see if anyone saw or knows anything.

One person posted they will go to nearby SOs houses, knock on neighbors' doors, check nearby creeks, secluded areas and abandoned places. They're also looking for more ideas of where to knock and check.

So many people care about Phuong. I'm glad she has so many friends and family members.

I have noticed while searching for news that other states are picking up blurbs of her story. Nothing new though...

The search for missing nursing student, Bichpuong "Phuong" Le, centered around the Postal Express in Suisuin City on Saturday.

Investigators served a search warrant on the business and had questioned the owner of the shop, where Phuong Le used to work. Sources close to the case tell FOX40 that Phuong Le may have had a romantic relationship with Thuck Nguyen, the owner of the Postal Express. Nguyen tells FOX40 that investigators told his wife that he may have impregnated Phuong Le, a charge Nguyen denies. Nguyen also tells FOX40 that he spoke with Le briefly by cell phone the night she was last seen, but says he had nothing to do with her disappearance.
