Well, obviously it is her. I am wondering why it is so hard to identify her. Why would they postpone the autopsy until Monday when they have a family waiting? I would think they could have identified in her some way by now, dental, tissue typing, we've seen DNA this quickly in some cases and they have had the parents DNA for a while. I can't imagine what must have happened to this poor young woman to make her so unidentifiable in less than two weeks time...
I guess in a larger city, such as San Francisco, they might have done the autopsy on a weekend, many big cities do, but in this case, it seems as though they could have arranged it for today or tomorrow even if they don't normally do so on weekends.
In any case, Phoung's family surely has begun their grieving...the bracelet would be telling enough for most family members. What a horrible crime...praying for an arrest and even a confession to spare this poor family future pain.
