For maps, I'm finding you can get different views than Google Maps in some cases on Bing.com using the birds eye view option.

I love Bing's birds eye views, but since they upgraded their site, I haven't been able to access with my rapidly aging system. Maybe 'Ailina can capture something for us, if they have that area available in birds eye.

The mapquest 5400 was further north than the Google 5400. I think the 'area' is south of the Google 5400.

Thanks, that spot shows further north from Google spot, as well. I guess we will never know where it is. Bing doesn't birds eye everything.

I don't think the spot was chosen for any particular reason...probably just seemed remote and the person had to get back to where they lived by a certain time to avoid suspicion...they drove and drove, stopped, turned around, dumped her body and fled back toward town, I guess...it could have taken much longer to find poor Phoung, so I guess we should be grateful for that...

I've been able to get visual references on actual addresses within the 5400 block. I'm analyzing the area now. I'll have a summary (with visuals) soon.

. Private driveway to the E. - 52XX Monticello (address unconfirmed)

. Private driveway to the E. - "Dazzling Lites Glass Studio", 5310 Monticello Rd. to the E. (address confirmed via public business listing)

. Private gated driveway to the E. - 53XX Monticello (confirmed via visual of mailbox)

COD is being witheld because of potential value in investigation

I missed something about Nguyen because my DH started talking

family notified 3pm this afternoon

classified as homicide investigation

still finishing up with evidence but wanted to get this done immediately

body had been there some time

she was NOT pregnant

any death at the hands of another can be considered a violent death

brother interviewed several times for background info - who she knew etc

preliminary COD has been determined. there is some follow up

parts of investigation confidential at the moment because it's ongoing

other search warrants have been executed besides the 2 locations

will not rule anyone out at this point

anything possible - stranger abduction etc

would not classify as well on our way to making arrest. but do have info they're following up on. evidence at scene will add to that
