I now set a calendar reminder to myself the day after each future hearing so I can look it up and let you know the status. I once was admonished by a Judge for my mugging of the defendant I didn’t realize I was making faces as the guy blatantly lied on the stand. Lol

@Niner The defendant pleaded guilty to homicide yesterday and is going to be sentenced on October 1, 2019 at 8:30 am when they will have a probation report submitted. The court docket is silent on whether it was first degree or second degree murder so I guess we shall find out on October 1, 2019.
