[h=1]Skeletal remains found in the Presidio[/h]

According to United States Park Police, authorities responded to a wooded area near Presidio Blvd. west of Pacific Avenue.

Officers who responded to the area found a severely decomposed body that was believed to be an adult.

Initially the remains were found and reported by Presidio Trust Employees doing some work in the area.
Foul play is not suspected.

In September 2017, a finger bone was found. Earlier in the year, a significant number of Native American remains and artifacts were located around Presidio. It may, or may not, be related.

No updates that I can find. Perhaps they have an idea of who this could be and that is why it's not in NaMus yet? DNA can take months.
