Could Julio have made his way from Mexico to CA? He certainly resembles JD's PM photo, imo. Height estimate is off by 2" with no weight given other than thin build. JD was 5'6"/128#. Age is 2-4 years older than JD's estimated 20-30yo.

I’ve never submitted through DN, but considering the location of the two I’d say that’s best bet. I don’t guess I’ve ever submitted an international case now that I think of it. Fingers crossed!
