Circumstances of Recovery: Jane Doe #06-09 was found as skeletal remains scattered in the Santa Ana River Wash in Redlands, CA. She is estimated to have been dead at this location at least four months and as long as two years. She is described as a Black female, between 35 and 65 years of age (probably between 45 and 55), 5’2†to 5’5â€. Identity may only be established by dental X-rays, skeletal X-rays, or DNA (refer to CA DOJ tracking #BK-09-000694).

No Doe Network page as far as I'm aware. I'm surprised with all the information they have about the doe that her NamUs page doesn't include a reconstruction of what she might've looked like in life. I think if somebody did a sketch it could greatly help her identification.
