How weird...so while this UID was found in Riverside in March '94, 100UFCA (whose recon was practically identical) aka Patricia was found in Riverside in Oct '94. it appears both have been identified, but UP7042 was not done publicly. Not related, just an unfortunate coincidence?

This case bothers me. I looked her up on Ancestry, and in the Social Security Applications and Claims Index, a woman with the same name (spelled Claire) and birthdate was reported dead in October 1995. Who reported her death?

Maybe a family member or caregiver did. You dont need to prove burial for that. Or the government eventually found out.
