I couldn't find a thread for her so here it goes.
This young woman was found in a drainage canal. There was about 3-4 inches of water in the canal and her upper body was above water. She was fully dressed with no discernable injury to her body. She had been wrapped in a blanket. It is believed that she was dumped at the spot we found her. She wore some jewelry but had no identification or personal belongings. Exhaustive investigation over the years has been unable to establish her identification.
She died just hours before, no PM but there is a scetch of her.
