Sakata was last seen wearing a navy blue polo T-shirt and blue jeans. Police said he usually wears a yellow-gold watch on his left wrist and uses a cane to walk.
It’s unclear where Sakata was headed, but his car was last seen in the area of Freeport Boulevard and Claudia Drive in Sacramento.
