This is horrible. Are we missing something or are their details we don't know? Are the authorities thinking she was brainwashed into helping the BF and then shot him? I just don't understand...not just suffocated, but beaten, duct taped, starved, and then frozen?

i think since the ME report just came out, they probably are reviewing evidence and hopefully they will issue an arrest warrant for her.

June 30, 2015 Another child had been taken away from Welch previously, according to a relative.

Records obtained by The San Diego Union-Tribune show that Welch had numerous referrals with child welfare workers. The referrals appear to relate to her care of another child, a daughter.

So far, I can find nothing on MSM. On SM, life goes on. Does this mean that if I am an allegedly abused woman I can cooperate with my alleged abuser in torturing my child to death, participate in a coverup and kill my alleged abuser with impunity? Wow! Who knew?
