@Niner There’s another trial confirming hearing set for 2/7/22 at 8:30 am and then the trial assignment on 2/10/22 at 8:30 am and jury trial on 2/14/22 at 8:30 am. We are getting closer! They will either set it to go on the 6th or move it, IMO.

@Suglo - just looked at the jail site - and they have a date of 3/3/22 on there, so... I am going to "assume" the trial date of 2/14/22 was continued. And what happened to the hearing on 2/10/22?
I shall await to see what you find in the court site!

@Niner I was just looking at the site. They continued the jury trial by waiving time and therefore continued the 2/10 date also. The new dates are as follows:

3/14/22 at 8:30 am - Trial Confirming Conference
5/6/22 at 8:30 am - Trial Assignment
5/9/22 at 8:30 am - Jury Trial (Time Waived)

I’ll check back on 3/15 to update you. Have a great trip!

ETA: Someone filed a motion at yesterday’s hearing to continue everything. It doesn’t show whether it was the defendant or the state.

@Niner The court website states that there is a motion hearing set for 4/18/22 at 8:30 am but doesn’t state what the motion is for. They also have 5/6/22 at 8:30 am for trial assignment and 5/9/22 at 8:30 am for a jury trial. That’s all there is for now. I’ll check back on 4/18 to give you updates.
