If that was her birthday she would be listed in a 1950 census but there is a lot of “Suzi” maybe Suzi could be her first name for her last name I don’t know

7 rule outs in NamUs (Ashely Higgins was listed twice)

The amount of possiblitys for her last name is not surprising? could she had gotten married? What I got out of it her first name could be Suzi or Sue or its her middle name. Carol could possibly be her first name

May she rest in peace. I'm curious why she used so many aliases? Could it have simply been a way to receive medical treatment that she couldn't afford?

No fingerprints or dentals? Really? Did they cremate her before they realized she had several aliases? Or is that listing just not accurate? If they knew she had several aliases then I don't why in 2005 they wouldn't have gotten DNA too. Even if not and she was cremated ( that's usually what happens in CA with unclaimed and unidentified bodies), maybe there's something somewhere that they could get DNA from.

maybe her name was Carol Sue and she went by Sue or Suzi
as for the last names, maybe she got married four times

OKAY I THINK I FOUND HER problem is that person is dead this person died in 1955 so this isn't the girls name which makes sense on why they didnt get any leads

I found the lady she died in 1995 with a person for info name FOR Sue Wright but this woman matches the UID person greatly I"ll see what else I can find
I got her parents name but I'm looking at the census Her maiden name (the woman who died in 1995) is Wright Carol S Wright and a person with info name is Sue Wright.. She used a dead persons name..
Problem is idk if this woman got siblings I'll needd to search more so I'll do that other then that I'm positive this is the name the UID victim used. I found this lady in the newspapers (She had a birthday party for her sevethen brithday)
