Found Safe CA - Salvador Ortiz Plascencia, 55, Santa Ana, 13 July 2017

On July 13, Salvador Ortiz Plascencia was involved in an argument with his adult son at their residence in the 1600 block of North Parton Street, police said in a statement.

He left the residence and was last seen walking north on North Parton Street.
Plascencia suffers from diabetes and hypertension and is possibly in need of medication. He doesn’t have a cellphone or any identification with him, police said.

5 feet 5 inches tall
190 pounds
balding, with gray hair
brown eyes
a mustache
last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and black Nike sneakers.
